A delicious High Fat, Low Carb Shrimp recipe.

1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick of butter
6 cloves of garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Melt butter in skillet and saute garlic until soft and almost brown
  • Place shrimp in skillet and saute in garlic butter for 3 minutes and flip to other side of shrimp
  • Season with salt and cook for another 3-5 minutes until pink on both sides
  • Add cheese and stir for about 1 minute until cheese is melted and shrimp is thoroughly coated.
