KEY LIME PIE MARTINI
Steps:
- Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two martini glasses.
- Place the graham cracker crumbs in a small saucer. Dip the rims of the glasses in the crumbs to coat. Freeze for 5 to 10 minutes, while preparing the drink.
- Combine the vodka, vanilla liqueur, lime juice, orange juice and coconut creamer in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (don't worry if the mixture looks curdled!). Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled martini glasses and garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.

- In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and then dump it on a small plate. Spread out the mixture evenly over the plate, pushing most of it towards the outer edges of the plate. Wet the edge of your martini glass with water or a little key lime juice. Then place your martini glass rim side down into the graham cracker mixture. Twist a few times to coat the rim evenly. In a cocktail shaker, add in the ice, whipped cream vodka, and key lime juice. Give it a few quick shakes and then pour it into your prepared martini glass. Add a small splash of Sprite.

- Spread the graham cracker crumbs onto a small, shallow plate. Moisten the rims of 2 martini glasses with the lime wedges; reserve the lime wedges. Dip the moistened glasses into the graham cracker crumbs and set aside. Reserve the lime wedges and remaining graham cracker crumbs to use as a garnish.
- Pour the vodka, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, almond syrup, and whipped cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the rimmed glasses. Place a lime wedge on the edge of each glass and sprinkle the cocktails with some of the reserved graham cracker crumbs to garnish.
