FUDGY KIDNEY BEAN BROWNIES
This Fudgy KIDNEY BEAN Brownies recipe is the BEST! These brownies are easy to make, moist and made with red beans to make them more healthy! They have a thick chocolate frosting on top that everyone will love! This is a sneaky way to get your kids to eat more vegetables! Trust me, everyone will think they're the best brownies ever!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chocolate chips and mix with spoon so they are equally distributed.
- Grease 8x8 pan and pour brownie mixture in it. Take a spatula to smooth out the top.
- Bake the brownies for 16-18 minutes and remove from oven.
- Combine milk, butter and powdered sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat, bringing to a boil. Allow to cook at a rolling boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate chips and vanilla to saucepan and stir until the chips are melted.
- Pour immediately over warm brownies.
- Put in refrigerator to allow brownies to set quickly.
- Enjoy!
EASY KIDNEY BEAN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE
If you prefer spicy then add in a finely chopped jalapeno pepper. The chili powder can be increased or decreased to suit taste.Also you can add in some navy beans with the kidney beans. This is a very simple but good bean recipe.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat a large skillet with oil over medium heat.
- Add in onion, garlic and green bell pepper (if using) saute until the onions are just golden.
- Add in the chili powder, salt and pepper; cook stirring for 1 minute.
- Add in the red kidney beans and drained chopped tomatoes; cook, stirring for 20 minutes, seasoning with more chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sprinkle with about 1-1/2 cups cheese.
- Top with remaining bean mixture.
- Then top with remaining 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese (or to taste).
- Bake uncovered for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is browned.
- Serve hot.

- The peolple very like sweetened bean paste bun in china.I don't find azuki bean in supermarket,I think that certainly my sight has bad.So,I chose to use kidney bean instead of azuki bean.
- Preheat pan and put in flour,keep strring 2 minutes.Then the flour will be riped. Don't put the flour in microwave oven because that will prossible explode.
- Put kidney beans without any soup in a big bowl.Ground it by a tablespoon. Of course,you can use blender to di it. But I don't like it because wash it so troublesome.
- Add brown sugar and riped flour in it ,keep strring untile kidney bean become bean paste.
- Preheat pan and put in butter untile melted.
- My fillo size is 13x18',cut it into 13x9',This size fits well.
- Brush thinest butter on the fillo. Of course,you can brush more butter ,it will more delicious,but I think that don't health.
- Fold the fillo into a third. Put kidney bean paste on it and roll it tightly.
- Do the rest of it like this, and array them on toast pan.Brush a layer egg on it.
- Preheat oven 375 and bake it 25 minutes -- Then,though my English is poor ,but I'm going to enjoying the delicious food.

- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a low-medium heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until softened and just starting to colour. Add the garlic, ginger and coriander stalks and cook for a further 2 mins, until fragrant.
- Add the spices to the pan and cook for another 1 min, by which point everything should smell aromatic. Tip in the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans in their water, then bring to the boil.
- Turn down the heat and simmer for 15 mins until the curry is nice and thick. Season to taste, then serve with the basmati rice and the coriander leaves.
