1 can (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, broken up with fork
1 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until blended. Stir in cold water. Pour 1-1/2 cups gelatin mixture into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 45 min. or until set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture 45 min. or until thickened.
  • Stir 2 cups COOL WHIP into plain gelatin (in bowl) until blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Unmold gelatin. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup cold water
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until blended. Stir in cold water. Pour 2 cups gelatin mixture into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 45 min. or until set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, stir cinnamon and cloves into remaining gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in COOL WHIP until blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

8 ounces jellied cranberry sauce, broken up with fork
1 cup cold water
8 ounces Cool Whip Free, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add cranberry sauce; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Stir in cold water.
  • Pour 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin mixture into 6 cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate about 45 minutes or until set but not firm (should stick to finger and should mound).
  • Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture about 45 minutes or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves define impression).
  • Add 2 cups of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
  • Serve topped with remaining whipped toppping.
  • Store leftover mold in refrigerator.

2 1/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 box (0.6 oz.) sugar-free cranberry gelatin (recommended: Jell-O)
3/4 cup orange flavored vodka
1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce (recommended: Ocean Spray)
2 tablespoons orange zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Fresh cranberries and mint sprigs, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring the cranberry juice to a boil. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in vodka. Chill 1 1/2 to 2 hours in the refrigerator until it begins to set. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide into 12 (4-ounce) molds. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to set.
  • Remove from molds by first running the tip of a sharp knife around the edge of the mold to loosen side. Then dip the bottom of mold in a bowl of warm water. Invert onto a plate. Serve garnished with fresh cranberries and a sprig of fresh mint

1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple, setting the pineapple aside and adding juice to gelatin. Stir in cranberry sauce, lemon juice, zest and nutmeg. Chill until mixture thickens. Fold in sour cream, pineapple and pecans. Pour into a glass serving bowl or an oiled 9-cup mold. Chill until set, at least 2 hours.

1 1/2 cups water, boiling
2 (10 g) packages sugar-free cherry gelatin (or any red flavour)
1 cup cranberry sauce, whole berry
1 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip light)

Steps:

  • Dissolve cherry jello powder in boiling water in a large bowl, stiring until completely dissolved.
  • Add cranberry sauce, mixing well.
  • Stir in the cold water.
  • Pour 1 1/2 cups of mixture into a mold or bowl that you have coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 40 minutes - or until slightly set, but not firm (jelly mixture should stick to finger).
  • Meanwhile, stir the spices into the remaining mixture. Refrigerate 35 minutes - or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  • Whisk in the whipped topping until well blended.
  • Pour this over the slightly set jelly mixture in bowl-mold.

2 packages (3 ounces each) cranberry gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 cup cranberry juice
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add the whipped topping until blended. Fold into the gelatin mixture. Fold in walnuts, celery and cranberries., Pour into a 3-qt. ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate until set. 1 (6 ounce) package cranberry flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (6 ounce) package lime flavored Jell-O® mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Prepare cranberry gelatin according to directions. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish. Stir in cranberries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Prepare lime gelatin according to directions. Allow to cool slightly, and then blend in cream cheese. Mix in pineapple. Slowly layer over cranberry gelatin. Allow to set for at least 4 hours.
  • Just before serving, spread on whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
