- Cut lemons into wedges and squeeze the juice into a large pitcher. Stir in the lemonade concentrate, confectioners' sugar and mint; add lemon wedges. Chill until serving., Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Serve over ice.

Simmer for 1 minute, whisking frequently. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup steep for 30 minutes. Strain into a heatproof container, discarding the basil leaves, and let cool completely.
- When ready to serve, add 1 tablespoon basil syrup and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to each of 6 glasses and top with 4 ounces Simple Truth™ Italia Prosecco. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a lemon wheel.

Strain; refrigerate until cold., Place 2 cups crushed ice and remaining basil in a 4-qt. pitcher. Using a muddler or a wooden spoon, press basil leaves against ice until their aroma is released. Stir in basil syrup and soda. Serve over crushed ice in tall glasses; squeeze lemon wedges into drink.
