DILL BUTTER TILAPIA
Really simple recipe with very few ingredients, but the combination of butter, garlic and dill works really well.

Steps:
- Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add dill, mix well, let cook another 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375F.
- Rince tilapia under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place tilapia in a deep baking dish.
- Pour dill butter mixture over filets.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Juice 1/2 of the lemon, and cut the other half into thin slices.
- Place fillets in a glass baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and dill on top of each fillet.
- Spread lemon slices over top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.

- Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large, heavy-bottom skillet melt the butter over a medium-high flame.
- To the melted butter add the lemon juice and zest, salt, garlic, paprika, and onion powder; bring to a boil.
- Add to the skillet the chicken, pepper, mushrooms, and dill; bring back to bubbly.
- Cover the skillet, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
- Transfer the chicken to a warm serving platter, pour sauce over chicken. If desired garnish with snipped dill and lemon zest.
