PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE {A SIMPLE ONE-BOWL RECIPE}

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
• Combine all the ingredients for the cake together in a bowl and mix until well blended.
• Place mix into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes of using a 9×13 pan.
• Cool and make the frosting.
• Combine all of the ingredients for the frosting together in a bowl.
• Mix until well blended.
• Frost the cooled cake.
• Store the cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

PUMPKIN WHITE CHIP SPICE CAKE

Steps:

• Combine cake mix,eggs,pumpkin,oil and milk (ONLY 1/3 CUP OF THE MILK. Beat at low speed, until moist. Then turn mixer up and beat on medium speed for two minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips,save remaining in bag for glaze topping.
• Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. BAKE AT 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
• GLAZE: Heat remaining milk until it starts to boil be careful and do not let it burn. Remove from heat and add in remaining white chips and stir unti mealted. Pour over cake. OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE CINNAMON ON TOP.

WHITE CHIP PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12 cup bundt pan.
• Combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed until moist, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
• Fold in vanilla chips and crystallized ginger. Pour into bundt pan.
• Bake 45 minutes. Cool 25 minutes, invert on serving dish and drizzle with half of cinnamon glaze. Serve with additional glaze.
• Cinnamon Glaze:.
• Heat evaporated milk just to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla chips. Stir until smooth. Add cinnamon.

PUMPKIN SPICE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except the flour). Mix at medium speed until well blended (about two minutes).
• 3. Add then flour.
• 4. Mix in by hand just until blended in well with the wet ingredients. Don't use the mixer for this step, just stir.
• 5. Spray bottom of 9 X 13 pan with non-stick spray and pour in batter.
• 6. Bake for 30 minutes.
• 7. Baked cake cooling.
• 8. When the cake is cooled, mix the icing. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth at low speed and add vanilla.
• 9. Add cinnamon. Slowly add the powdered sugar a little at a time until well blended.
• 10. If it's too runny, add a bit more powdered sugar until it's a good consistency. If too stiff, add a tablespoon of milk or water and blend again.
• 11. Frost cooled cake with icing.
