1/2 cup flax seed oil
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup tamari or 1/4 cup Braggs liquid aminos
1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • Blend until smooth.
  • Keep in a lidded jar for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

  • Then, with the speed on low, remove the lid plug and slowly drizzle in the oil. Once all of the oil is in the blender, place the lid plug back on and flip the blender’s speed to high for 2-3 seconds to fully combine.
  • Transfer the liquid gold dressing to a sealable jar and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
