Ingredients

KUGEL:
16-ounces medium noodles, cooked, about 2 cups cooked noodles
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (16-ounce) package sour cream
1 (16-ounce) package cottage cheese, small curd
8 eggs
2 (4-ounce) sticks of butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
TOPPING:
8 teaspoon sugar
8 tablespoons melted butter
Graham cracker crumbs, enough to make a crumble when combined with previous ingredients, about 4 whole crackers

Steps:

Combine 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, 2 sticks of melted butter, and cream cheese in a blender, then blend until smooth. You can do this in batches if not everything fits in the blender. In a large bowl, mix the cheese mixture with the cooked noodles. Grease a 9x13-inch pan and add noodles. Crumble together 8 teaspoons of sugar, 8 tablespoons of melted butter, and Graham crackers until they make a crumble or sand-like texture. Add topping onto the noodles. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let cool slightly before serving.

1 cup egg noodles, uncooked
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, including liquid
4 cups boiling water
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

Place uncooked rice in 9" X 13" baking dish.
Add rest of ingredients, mix and cover the pan with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter or margarine
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup pecans, halved
1 pound wide noodles
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Steps:

1. Melt half the butter in a 12-cup mold or tube pan. Swirl it around the bottom and up the sides.
2. Press the brown sugar into the bottom and press the pecans into the sugar.
3. Boil the noodles according to the package directions and then drain. Mix with the eggs, the remaining butter, melted, cinnamon, sugar, and salt and pour into the mold.
4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the top is brown. Let sit for 15 minutes before unmolding. The top will become slightly hard like a praline. Serve cold or at room temperature.
