JELL-O® JIGGLERS®

Steps:

• Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 3 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 13x9-inch pan.
• Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm.
• Dip bottom of pan in warm water 15 sec. Cut into 24 decorative shapes using 2-inch cookie cutters, being careful to cut all the way through gelatin to bottom of pan. Lift JIGGLERS® from pan. Reserve scraps for snacking. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

LITTLEMAFIA'S ASIAN SNACK MIX

Steps:

• Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
• Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
• Add sugar and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
• Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture, tossing gently to coat.
• Spread the mixture onto a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.
• Bake at 200° for 45 minutes.
• Cool completely before serving.

Steps:

• Mix the flour,salt and pepper.
• Add the eggs in the middle of the flour mixture.
• Add the mozzarella and keep stirring.
• Shape into balls or croquettes and roll them in the breadcrumbs till well coated.
• Deep fry till they are golden brown.

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients except scallions in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in individual dipping bowls and garnish with scallions.
