Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Brush an 8-by-4-by-2 1/2-inch loaf pan with some of the melted butter.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar and 1/2 cup Cheddar in a large bowl.
- Pour the beer into a medium bowl. Add half of the remaining butter and whisk together (it will get foamy!).
- Pour the beer-butter mixture into the flour mixture and fold until just combined (it's ok if there are lumps). The batter will be relatively thick and shaggy. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and pat out into an even layer. Pour the remaining butter over the batter and top with the remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar and the jalapeno slices. Bake until golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 190 degrees F, 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan on a rack for about 15 minutes. Invert the bread out of the pan and eat warm or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Fill a large bowl with ice and cold water and set aside. Slice a thin piece from the bottom of each pepper to stop peppers from rolling onto their sides when baking.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Drop each pepper carefully into the water and boil 2 minutes. Remove peppers from water and place in the bowl of ice water.
- Cook turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 3 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, ranch-flavored seasoning, and garlic.
- Remove peppers from water and drain. Fill each pepper with sausage mixture, forming a mound. Place filled peppers on a baking sheet; place in the freezer until just frozen, about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix bread crumbs with butter. Press into the top of the sausage filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bread crumbs are golden brown and cheese starts to bubble, 25 to 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a sharp bread knife, cut the bread into about 1 inch slices from side to side going into both directions, repeating until entire loaf is cut. Do not cut through the bottom crust. It should look something like an onion mum.
- Mix together cream cheese, jalapeno pepper juice and garlic powder. Spread cream cheese mixture inbetween cuts. Sprinkle diced jalapeno peppers and bacon bits on bread, making sure to lodge most inbetween cuts. Top bread with cheese, again, stuffing in between cuts.
- Wrap in foil the entire loaf and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes; unwraping foil packet enough to expose the bread. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Line pan with parchment paper if you have it, if not, don’t worry about it. The parchment paper just makes it easier to remove from the pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add jalapeños, vegetable oil, and honey. Pour in beer and stir to combine.
- Scrape into baking pan. Sprinkle top with turbinado sugar and bake 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and bread sounds hollow when you tap on it.
- Let cool in the pan 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack. Slice and eat warm with melty butter.
