Steps:
- Stir together all ingredients in a saucepan with high sides (to help avoid splattering).
- Bring to a boil, and then cover with a lid (but keep the lid ajar), turn the heat down to simmer,
- and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- The sauce will thicken as it cooks and it will thicken more as it cools.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
