Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Cream oil and molasses and honey. Mix in egg white, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Do not over-mix. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until brown.

1 tablespoons olive oil
2 units eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla
0.333333333333 cups flour
0.25 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoons ground flax seed
2.5 cups oatmeal
2 handfuls chocolate chips
2 handfuls walnut pieces
2 handfuls blueberries

Steps:

  • Cream margarine and sugar 1 minute on high. Add olive oil, cream 1 minute on high. Add egg whites, mix 1 minute on high. Add vanilla, mix. In separate bowl: add flour, salt, ground flax seed, and oatmeal. Mix by hand. Pour sugar mixture into flour mixture. Mix by hand. Add chips, walnuts, and dried fruit of choice; mix well.
  • Use a shallow spoon to drop onto cookie sheet each cookie should be 1/4 inch or less high.
  • Place in 350 oven and bake 19 - 21 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven 2 -3 minutes more. Let stand on cookie sheet till cool.

Steps:

1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl, set aside
  • In another bowl combine the applesauce, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg white and vanilla, stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add dry ingredients to the liquids, mix well.
  • Grease (I used a non-stick cooking spray)a 9x15 inch cookie sheet, spread batter on the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the raisins, water, egg whites, and molasses.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  • Stir to combine.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, nonfat dry milk powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Mix well.
