2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup oil
2 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla

Steps:

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix in wet ingredients.
Pour into a large ungreased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until it shrinks from sides of pan, probably about 25 minutes.
