MACARONI CORN CASSEROLE
This easy recipe for for Macaroni Corn Casserole makes for a great family dinner. Soft, tender macaroni mixed with sweet corn and zesty Velveeta cheese. Yum!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add macaroni, cans of corn, butter and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and discard. Stir well.
- Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and cooked.

- Combine all ingredients except the shredded cheeses in your Crock Pot and stir
- Set to high and cook for 45 minutes, stir. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, stir
- Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 3 hours or so
- Just before serving, stir in the shredded cheeses

- 1. Place all the ingredients in a 4 quart crock pot and stir to combine. Turn the crock pot on high and cook for 45 minutes, stir the mixture, cover and cook on high for 30 more minutes. Stir well, then reduce the temp. to low and cook for 1 1/2 hours, or until macaroni is tender.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add butter. In a large bowl, mix 3 cups cheese, evaporated milk, condensed soup, 2% milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir to combine. Cook, covered, on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until a thermometer reads at least 160°., Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook, covered, on low until cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika.

- 1. Melt butter and pour into the bottom of your crock pot. Add all four cans of corn and the 2 cups of macaroni into crock pot. Slice cheese and press down on top of the other ingredients in the crock pot. Put crock pot on high. Check in one hour and stir. Continue cooking on high in crock pot for another hour or until the dish thickens.
