MAD EYE MARTINI
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Drain and dry the lychee, then fill with red fruit preserves.
- Place blueberry-blossom end facing out-into the cavity.
- Skewer with a cocktail pick so it will lay across the rim of a glass. Continue building eyeballs until you have enough to garnish all of the drinks you'll be mixing up. They can be refrigerated in a single layer inside a sealed container until the party.
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a cocktail shaker , pour the vodka, Hpnotiq, and lychee juice. Fill with ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
- Garnish with the lychee eyeball. Serve and enjoy.
