PIZZA MEAT LOAF

Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Place bread slices in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until fine crumbs measure 1 1/4 cups.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Place onion in food processor. Add bell peppers, and pulse 10 times or until the bell peppers are chopped.
- Combine breadcrumbs, onion mixture, cheese, pesto, salt, turkey, beef, and egg. Divide beef mixture into 9 equal portions, shaping each into a (3 x 1-inch) loaf. Place loaves on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons sauce over each loaf. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160°.

- In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, olives, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, pepper, onion, soup mix and 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a 10x6-in. rectangle and place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; Spoon remaining pizza sauce over top., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. - Combine 3/4 cup pasta sauce, stuffing, eggs, onion, green pepper, oregano and garlic powder; add beef and mix well.
- Shape firmly into six loaves, placing one piece of cheese in center of each loaf. Place loaves in baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until no pink remains and meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Cool slightly. Wrap and refrigerate up to 3 days. Cover and refrigerate remaining pasta sauce.
