1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
CHEESE LAYER:
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 cups miniature marshmallows
TOPPING:
1/4 cup butter
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons milk
3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in chocolate and vanilla until well blended. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into chocolate mixture. Fold in pecans. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. , In another large bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Beat in the sugar, egg, flour and vanilla until well combined. Fold in pecans. Spread over the chocolate layer; sprinkle with chips. , Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan. Sprinkle with marshmallow; bake 2 minutes longer or until puffed. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer. Cool on a wire rack., In a large saucepan, combine first four topping ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Store in the refrigerator.

1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with a no-stick cooking spray. Melt chocolate chips in dry, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100% power) 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at additional, 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until chips are melted. Set aside.
  • BEAT together brown sugar, peanut butter and butter in large bowl with an electric mixer, until smooth and creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
  • STIR together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture. Beat just until combined. Stir in oats. Press 3/4 of dough into prepared baking pan. Spread evenly with melted chocolate. Dot chocolate layer with remaining dough.
  • BAKE 24 to 26 minutes. Cool. Cut into 24 bars.

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup crushed chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
4-ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In an 11 by 15-inch baking pan, layer each ingredient in order written. Dollop cream cheese on top of layers and drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top of everything. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing into bars.

½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs together in a bowl using a fork until just blended. Divide mixture in half.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until melted, 2 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.

3/4 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)
1 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/2 cup raisins
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (7 ounces)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on short sides; lightly coat paper with cooking spray.
  • In a food processor, pulse together butter, confectioners' sugar, flour, and salt until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add oats and pulse until just combined. Press dough evenly into bottom of dish and bake until lightly browned and firm, about 20 minutes.

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate chips)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly and evenly into a 13" x 9" glass baking pan.
  • Evenly sprinkle the coconut over the graham layer.
  • Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cocnut layer.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until just lightly browned; remove from oven.
