3 1/3 cups dry milk
1 1/2-2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 small package instant chocolate pudding mix

Steps:

Measure out non-fat dry milk, then sift or crush until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Sift together; mix well.
Mix 1/3 cup of mix with 1 cup of boiling water to make the perfect cup of hot cocoa!

Hot water

Steps:

Sift all ingredients in a mixing bowl to incorporate evenly and store in an airtight container until ready to use. Ready for some hot cocoa now? Just fill up your favorite mug with warm water or milk, and 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix, stir and drink up!
This recipe makes 5 1/2 cups of mix.
