1 cup vegetable oil
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges with juice. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  • To make the topping: In a large bowl, beat together whipped topping, pineapple with juice and dry pudding mix until blended. Spread on cake.

1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
1/2 cup orange juice, plus
2 tablespoons orange juice, divided
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 orange, rind of, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Grease 9-inch bundt pan.
  • Beat cake mix, 1/2 cup orange juice, eggs and milk in a large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Fold in orange segments. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes on wire rack. Invert cake onto rack, cool completely.
  • Combine sugar, orange peel and remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice in small bowl; stir until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cake. Allow glaze to set about 5 minutes before serving.

2 oranges
4 eggs (separated)
2 cups self-raising flour (sifted with a pinch of salt)
2 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • Squeeze oranges for juice, and grate just the orange sides for the rind.
  • Make sure not to have any white bits.
  • Preheat oven at 350°F.
  • Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy.
  • Add orange rind, milk, and blend in egg yolks, one at a time.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
  • Fold in flour a little at a time, adding orange juice a little at a time in between.
  • Fold in egg whites, a little a time, until batter is well mixed.
  • Pour into a lined, greased loaf pan and bake in oven for 35-40 minutes, or until cake is cooked in the center.

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained (reserve 1/3 cup liquid)
4 eggs
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1/2 to 1 teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
1 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or lightly spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, walnuts, orange segments, reserved 1/3 cup orange liquid, and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • To make pineapple frosting, stir together pineapple, dry pudding mix and orange peel. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on cake. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.

1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon orange extract
TOPPING:
2 cups cold whole milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Drain oranges, reserving juice. Set oranges aside. In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, oil, eggs, orange extract and reserved juice on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack., For topping, in a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. 2 teaspoons grated orange zest, optional

Steps:

  • Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
