1/2 c teriyaki sauce of choice (I used @traderjoeslist "Soyaki")
1/2 c diced white onion
3/4 c diced mango (I do think fresh mango is better and less mushy but when you don't have it frozen works well and since it's fast and already chopped it's usually what I end up doing)
Optional: 3-5 diced sweet peppers
Optional: 1 tsp rep pepper flakes
Steps:
Step 1 Place the onion and sweet peppers in the bottom of your crockpot, then add the chicken
Step 2 Add the soyaki sauce, and lastly throw the mango on top
Step 3 Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, come back and shred the chicken
Step 4 Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you like a little heat
