EASY MARSHMALLOW PINWHEELS
Also Known As: MONSTER TONGUES Kids love this easy treat! A mixture of marshmallows melted in flavored gelatin is chilled in a pan, then rolled up and sliced into wiggly pinwheels.

Steps:
- Stir gelatin mix and water in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are partially melted. Stir with whisk until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 45 min. or until set. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen gelatin layer from pan. Starting at 1 edge, roll up gelatin layer tightly. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

- Melt butter in a 6 quart kettle,add marshmallows. Melt completely over low heat. Add the Rice Krispies. Mix well. Spread evenly into a greased 10½ x 15½ baking sheet. In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt at 1 minute intervals until completely melted, stirring after each minute. Spread on top of Rice Krispies mixture. Let set in a cool place till chocolate mixture sets up. Be careful not to let the chocolate get too hard, it will not make a neat roll if you do. Loosen all around with a metal spatula. Roll, starting on the long side. Sprinkle the roll with seasonal sprinkles if desired. Slice and enjoy! Can be wrapped in Saran Wrap for storage if needed.

- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, fiesta-style ranch dressing mix, chunky salsa and Cheddar cheese. Spread even amounts of the mixture onto the tortillas. Roll tortillas and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- To serve, slice the chilled, rolled tortillas into 3/4 inch slices and arrange on a large serving platter.

This recipe was given to me by a friend some time ago, they are great, because they are kept in the freezer, I like this idea, cause it's always ready and in the freezer when you need it...if you are serving them at a party, coloured mini marshmallows are a nice look to these amazingly delicious rolls.

Steps:
- Melt chocolate with butter in the microwave.
- Add in icing sugar and egg; cool slightly.
- Mix in marshmallows into chocolate/butter mixture until they are coated with chocolate mixture.
- Tear 3 sheets of foil paper about 12x18 inches each.
- Sprinkle a 2-in band of coconut down the lengh of the foil.
- Spoon 1/3 of the marshmallow mixture over the coconut.
- Sprinkle the remaining coconut over marshmallow mixture.
- Wrap up in the foil to make a long roll, sealing well.
- Make 2 more rolls; wrap and freeze until firm.
- (will keep for 2 months in the freezer).
- When ready to use, remove from freezer, and slice frozen, 1/2-in thick.
- If desired, place sliced pieces in coloured cupcake papers to serve.
- Store in freezer.

- Roll each biscuit out on floured surface.
- Spread butter on each biscuit.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on both sides.
- Place 3 marshmallows in center of dough and seal, pinching dough together.

JELLO FRUITY ROLL-UPS RECIPE

- Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch pan square pan with non-stick cooking spray and make sure it is spread well. Bring water to a boil in microwave- about 1 minute. Add Jello and stir well. Return to microwave for 1 minute and stir well. (This step ensures that Jello is completely dissolved.)
- Add marshmallows and return to microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffed and slightly melted. Whisk until marshmallows are completely dissolved. Creamy layer will float to the top.
- Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until well set. They should be firm and easy to handle.
- Loosen edges with a knife. Starting at one end, roll up tightly. With seam side down, cut into 10 to 12 (1/2) inch slices. The easiest way to cut the Jello is with a piece of thread or dental floss. Just put the string around roll-up, cross and pull.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
