HOMEMADE WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Combine white chocolate chips and half-and-half in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour into mugs and serve.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the milk and half-and-half to just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla and whisk vigorously. Reheat very gently and serve with a vanilla bean as a stirrer in each cup.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Using a vegetable peeler, shave milk chocolate into curls; set aside.
• Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside. Place milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan, about 4 minutes. Immediately pour mixture over white chocolate. When chocolate begins to melt, stir to combine. Whisk in vanilla. Continue whisking until a light foam forms.
• Serve immediately garnished with peppermint sticks, whipped cream, and chocolate curls.

HOMEMADE WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Steps:

• Mix milk powder and creamer together in a large bowl.
• Mix sugar and butter flavoring together in a small bowl until fully incorporated. Mix into milk powder mixture vigorously using hands to decrease lumps.
• Shred white chocolate using a small microplane or small shred side of a box grater; add to mixture. Stir lightly using a spoon to incorporate without melting chocolate.

CREAMY WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until bubbles form around sides of pan (do not boil). Remove from the heat; whisk in the chocolate, vanilla and salt until smooth. Return to the heat; cook and stir until heated through. If desired, dip rim of mugs into melted chips then sprinkles. Pour drinking chocolate into mugs; top with whipped cream.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• In a medium saucepan, heat milk and vanilla over medium heat just until milk begins to steam, 5 to 6 minutes. Add white chocolate, and whisk until completely melted and combined. Divide among four mugs; serve immediately.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Using a vegetable peeler, shave dark chocolate into curls; set aside.
• Place white chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl; set aside.
• Place milk and cream in a medium saucepan set over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges of pan (about 4 minutes) DO NOT BOIL!
• Remove mixture from the flame.
• Immediately pour over white chocolate.
• When the chocolate begins to melt, gently stir to combine.
• Whisk in vanilla.
• Continue whisking until light foam forms.
• Serve immediately.
• Garnish with chocolate shavings.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Steps:

• Combine ingredients.
• To prepare: Combine 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/4 cup drink mix in a pan over medium heat.
• Whisk until all chocolate is melted.

WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE (FAST)

Steps:

• In a saucepan combine chocolate and 1/3 cup of the milk (or half & half or light cream). Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted.
• Add remaining milk. Stir until heated through. Add coffee and vanilla. Serve in mugs. If desired top with optional ingredients.
• For Brandied White Hot Chocolate: Prepare as above, except add 2-3 tablespoons brandy to the saucepan when adding coffee and vanilla.
