Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

2/3 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 cups biscuit mix

Steps:

Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high speed a few seconds until smooth.
Let stand 10 minutes before using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle, browning each side. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
