¼ cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
¼ honeydew melon - peeled, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine cantaloupe, honeydew, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

⅓ cup almond milk
¾ cup cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
½ cup banana, sliced
1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
  • Pour into a bowl or half a hollowed out cantaloupe, and top with desired fruit and other toppings.
  • Enjoy!

Had some cantelope at the very, very ripe stage. Paired with the frozen blueberries and some blueberry yogurt, it provided a very refreshing and good for you morning refreshment. Hope you like it!

2 cups cantaloupes, large diced
1 cup blueberries, frozen
8 ounces blueberry yogurt
soymilk, as needed

Steps:

  • Place cantelope, blueberries, and yogurt in blender. Blend on low speed. Add soymilk, as needed, to obtain your personal smoothie consistency. We found that we didn't need additional liquid, as the cantelope supplied enough for us. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.
