Steps:
- Place fish in a 15-inch x 12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
- Add the vegetables and sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, lemon pepper and dill.
- Fold foil over and fold in edges twice, forming a pouch.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open pouch to allow steam to escape.

- Arrange the fillets in one layer in a microwave-safe baking dish, season them with salt and pepper, and cover the dish tightly with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave the fish at high power (100%) for 3 minutes, or until it is opaque and just cooked through, remove the plastic wrap carefully, and pour off the liquid in the dish. Keep the fish warm, covered loosely.
- In a microwave-safe glass measure combine the vegetable oil, the gingerroot, and scallion and microwave the mixture at high power (100%) for 1 minute. Add the sesame oil, let the mixture cool slightly, and pour it over fish. Serve the fish sprinkled with soy sauce and the vinegar.

- In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir until incorporated. In a small baking dish, add fish and top with sauce. Bake about 12-15 min depending on thickness of fish. Fish is done when flakes apart with a fork.
- Enjoy the Hoisin marinade recipe also on chicken or roasted vegetables for a different twist to your dinner dish!
