HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE
A warm, delicious way to enjoy a hot fudge sundae! Go ahead and add ice cream for a homemade parlor treat.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter. Pour water over batter.
- Bake about 40 minutes or until top is dry.
- Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream. Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.

- In an ungreased 2-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until combined. Fold in nuts. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter., Pour boiling water over batter (do not stir). Microwave, uncovered, on high for 7-8 minutes or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched. Serve with whipped topping.

- Mix flour, granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in 24-ounce microwavable casserole. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons nuts. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
- Place water in 1-cup microwavable measure. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until boiling. Pour over batter.
- Microwave uncovered on High 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes, rotating casserole 1/4 turn after 1 minute, until cake is set but still glossy. Serve warm topped with ice cream. Garnish with sliced bananas, additional nuts and cherries.

- 5. Pour boiling water over batter (DO NOT STIR!!).
- 6. Microwave uncovered on HIGH 9-10 minutes or until top of cake springs back when lightly touched.
- 7. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip.

HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE (MICROWAVE)
I grew up with a dessert called Hot Fudge Pudding Cake. It was a package mix. This is the closest to the original recipe I've had. Similar to other brownie cakes listed but less ingredients and microwave cooked. One of my all time favorites.

Steps:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a glass bowl or 4 cup glass measuring cup.
- Microwave for 4 minutes or until bubbling.
- Combine cake ingredients in a 8 or 9 inch glass cake pan. Stir until smooth.
- Pour liquid topping mixture over cake. Microwave for 9-12 minutes until cake rises to top.
- Serve. Can top with whip cream or ice cream. Love it with vanilla. Enjoy.
