Microwave Chipotle Pasta Recipes

MICROWAVE CHIPOTLE PASTA

Steps:

• 1.- In microwave dish, place the water, the pasta and 2 chicken consomme cubes, crumbled. Cover with microwave resistant plastic film and poke a few slits on it.
• 2.- Cook on High setting for 10 to 11 minutes until pasta is al dente.
• 3.- Remove from microwave oven and frain excess liquid.
• 4.- In blender process the cream cheese with the cream, the chipotle, and the remaining chicken consomme cube.
• 5.- Mix with the cooked pasta and cook in microwave for 1 more minute. Serve warm.

CHIPOTLE PASTA

Steps:

• In saute pan over high heat, add olive oil and hot links. Sear links until browned. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Lower heat to medium. Then add cream, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta and the cheese. Toss to combine.
• Serve in pasta bowl and garnish with diced tomato, scallions, and more grated Parmesan.
• Combine all ingredients in blender, puree, cover and refrigerate.

MICROWAVE PENNE PAPPA AL POMODORO

Steps:

• Combine the garlic, herbs, tomatoes and a pinch of salt in a microwaveable bowl. Fold the bread crusts through then add the pasta, making sure it's completely coated in the sauce so it doesn't dry out. Cover the bowl with cling film then pierce a few times in the centre. Put kitchen paper on your microwave plate to absorb any spills then place the bowl on top and cook on High for 2 mins. Carefully peel back the cling film and stir well. Add 80ml water and stir again, then replace the film and leave to stand for 1 min.
• Return the bowl to the microwave and cook on Medium for 4 mins. Remove from the microwave, peel back the film and stir well. Add a splash of water if the sauce is starting to dry out. Cook on Medium for another 4 mins. Add another splash of water if needed then stir the oil through to serve.
