2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a medium sized microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Stir in the vanilla, then fold in the walnuts and marshmallows. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Chill until set.

1 (400 g) can condensed milk
375 g dark chocolate melts, i use nestle (can use milk)
100 g slivered almonds (or favourite nut)
30 g butter

Steps:

Place choc, butter and condensed milk in microwave bowl, place in microwave for 3 minutes (Or till melted and glossy) stopping and stirring after every minute.
Stir in nuts and pour into slice tin lined with glad bake (sets quickly so don't dawdle -- lol)
Place in fridge, once set cut into bite size pieces.

500 g milk chocolate chips
1 (400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup hazelnuts

Steps:

Place chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter in a microwave proof bowl.
Put in microwave on MEDIUM heat for 1 minute then stir, continue heating and stirring every 30 seconds until chocolate is completely melted. This prevents the chocolate from burning.
Add chopped nuts and stir to mix. Pour into a lightly greased slice tin and put in the fridge to set, usually overnight, if you can wait that long!

4 ounces white sugar
1 ounce unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1 egg
¼ cup milk
2 ounces margarine, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 ounces brown sugar
1 ounce unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ pint warm water

Steps:

Mix flour, sugar, 1 ounce cup cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl. Add egg, milk, melted margarine, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine and transfer to a large microwave-safe bowl with sides at least 2 inches high.
Combine brown sugar and 1 ounce cocoa powder in a bowl. Sprinkle on top of the batter in the microwave-safe bowl. Pour warm water gently over the cake; use a fork to gently prick a few holes in the cake to allow water to seep in.
Cook in the microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Serve with ice cream or custard.
