Thin slices of a variety of citrus fruits - grapefruits, oranges, lemons, limes
1 bottle chilled Prosecco
3 to 4 cups 50% less sugar orange juice, or you can use freshly squeezed orange juice
cranberry juice

Steps:

  • If serving immediately, fill a pitcher with slices of citrus fruits Pour the bottle of Prosecco over the fruits. Slowly pour the Orange Juice. Fill champagne flutes with prepared Mimosa and add a splash of cranberry juice to each. If serving later, fill a pitcher with slices of citrus fruits Add orange juice and refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from fridge and add chilled Prosecco to the pitcher. Fill champagne flutes with prepared Mimosa and add a splash of cranberry juice to each.
