These are awesome little hamburgers that taste just like the real thing. Everyone who's had them just loves them and asks for the recipe. My family loves them also!

1 pound ground beef
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
½ cup dried minced onion
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (8 ounce) packages dinner rolls
1 (16 ounce) jar dill pickle slices, drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a medium baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a medium skillet over medium high heat, stir together ground beef, dry onion soup mix and dry minced onion. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Remove from heat, drain and stir in mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
  • Slice tops off the dinner rolls. Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet. Spoon some of the ground beef mixture onto each roll. Garnish with pickle slices. Place tops back on rolls.
  • Tightly wrap the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes.

16 frozen waffle-cut fries
2 medium onions, cut into 1/8-inch slices
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons steak seasoning
3 large egg yolks
4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons water
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 slices cheddar cheese, quartered

Steps:

  • Bake waffle fries according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook onions in butter and oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, salt and pepper; cook 3-5 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine beef and steak seasoning. Shape into 16 patties. Cook in a large skillet until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear, turning once., For sauce, in a double boiler or metal bowl over simmering water, constantly whisk the egg yolks, lemon juice and water until mixture reaches 160° or is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Reduce heat to low. Slowly drizzle in warm melted butter, whisking constantly., Top each waffle fry with a burger and cheese. Broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with onions and sauce.

2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

ketchup (mayo and/or mustard optional for serving)

Steps:

  • Using your hands, gently mix together the beef, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder and pepper.

2 slices thick-cut bacon
9 ounces ground beef
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 to 3 splashes Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed
3 slices Cheddar, quartered
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
12 dill pickle chips
2 tablespoons your favorite burger condiment
3 cherry tomatoes, halved

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the ground beef, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal mini patties. Set aside.
  • Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the burger bites and cook until well browned all over and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add 2 of the quartered pieces of cheese to the top of each bite and cover the skillet with the lid. Allow the cheese to melt, 1 minute. Remove the bites to a plate.
  • Tear each bacon piece into bite-size pieces. Start building up the bites by placing a piece of bacon on top of each patty, then a couple of folded leaves of spinach, a couple of pickles, a dollop of your favorite burger condiment, and a half a tomato, securing it all with a toothpick or small skewer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until all the bites are built, and serve.

Steps:

  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix meat and mustard just until blended; shape into 16 (1-1/2-inch) patties. Place on rack of broiling pan sprayed with cooking spray.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef chuck, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and dry onion soup mix.

1 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large egg
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter, for finishing

Steps:

  • Add the lukewarm water to a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl. Add the yeast and sugar and stir to combine. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy and doubled in volume.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the butter, egg, and the yeast mixture and stir with a rubber spatula into a shaggy dough.
  • Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead until smooth and soft, about 4 minutes. Place the dough in a clean large bowl lightly greased with nonstick spray and cover with a towel. Let rest until in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F ( 200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly grease a clean surface and place the dough on top. Pat down with your hands to about ¼-inch thick. Use a ¾-inch (2-cm) round cutter to cut out small circles. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter, then bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Remove the buns from the oven and brush with more melted butter while they are still warm. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.

These mini burgers are so good! The recipe comes from the Neely's. Everyone I have made these for starts craving them and wants more and more. Try these as the recipe is written for the best results and then change it up if desired. I have to tell you, I don't like mustard and I love cheese. This uses dijon mustard and does not have cheese. I even tried them with the cheese and didn't like them as well. Hope you enjoy!

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tbsp.dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
1 lb hamburger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 large red onion, sliced
12 party size hamburger buns

Steps:

  • Mix hamburger, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. Form into several mini burgers.
  • Put burgers on grill or skillet. Add red onion slices around burgers to allow them to cook in the hamburgers juices.
  • While burgers cook, mix mayo, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove burgers and onions when done. Drain grease from skillet. Toast buns in the skillet until they are the desired toastiness.
  • Put mayo mix on bottom bun. Put burger on top of mix and top with onion and top bun.
  • Enjoy.

4 slices white bread (heels of loaves recommended)
2 tablespoons prepared Thousand Island salad dressing
2 pearl onions, thinly sliced
4 baby dill pickles, thinly sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • Shape beef into twelve 1-in. patties. Place on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover with another paper towel; microwave on high for 1 minute until meat is no longer pink. Cut each slice of cheese into fourths; set aside., Using a 1-in. round cookie cutter, cut out 6 circles from each slice of bread. Spread half the bread circles with dressing.
