MINI MORSEL ICE CREAM PIE



Mini Morsel Ice Cream Pie image

My Grand kids lay claim to this pie when I make it!

Number Of Ingredients 5

11/2 cup(s) graham cracker crunbs
1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 cup(s) semi-sweet mini morsels
1 quart(s) vanilla ice cream, softened

Steps:

  • Combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl; stir in morsels. Set aside a small amount of mixture for top of pie.
  • Press 2 1/2 cups of crumb mixture evenly on bottom and side of 9 inch pie plate. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm.
  • Spread softened ice cream evenly in pie shell. Top with remaining crumb mixture; freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
