MINT COOLER RECIPE
Mint Cooler is a refreshing summer drink made using fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and chia seeds. Add a splash of your favorite alcohol to make a cocktail.

Steps:
- Soak the chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 30 minutes.
- Add mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, and 1/2 cup water to a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste to a pitcher.
- Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Stir in soaked chia seeds.
- Add a few ice cubes, lime round and mint leaves to serving glasses.
- Pour the mint mixture over ice and serve chilled.

Steps:
- Mix orange juice and 1/2 cup lemon juice in a tall pitcher. Add half of mint and bruise with the back of a spoon against side of the pitcher.
- Taste, adding more lemon juice, if desired. Mix in lemon, lime and orange slices.(can be prepared 4 hours ahead at this point and refrigerate).
- Add ice to the pitcher and mix. Pour into glasses. Garanish with remaining fruit.
