MOCHA-GLAZED PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD
Pumpkin, chocolate chips and mocha flavors come together for our decadent Mocha-Glazed Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bread.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In large bowl, stir together all ingredients for bread except chocolate chips until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pan to cooling rack to cool completely.
- To make Glaze: In small bowl, stir Glaze ingredients, adding more powdered sugar or water as needed until glaze is thick and drizzly.
- Spoon glaze evenly over completely cooled bread. Let set completely before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Stir flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.
- Whisk pumpkin, butter, and eggs together in a separate bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Fold pumpkin mixture into flour mixture. Pour pumpkin batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 1 pound size coffee cans, or three 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Fill cans 1/2 to 3/4 full.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Cool on wire racks before removing from cans or pans.

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Steps:
- In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
- In a separate bowl cream together the sugar and butter or margarine. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
- Alternately add the creamed ingredients and pumpkin to the dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Spoon into two greased 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F(175 degrees C) oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- To make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners sugar, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Add milk, and mix until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.
