Moscato Honey Bee Cocktail Recipes
MOSCATO HONEY BEE COCKTAIL
Grab your jar of honey and a few fresh raspberries to whip up this delicious pretty-in-pink Moscato Honey Bee Cocktail. Its gorgeous pink hue would go just beautifully with Easter brunch, Mother's Day lunch, a bridal shower, or simple front porch sipping.

Steps:
- Place lemon juice, raspberries, thyme sprigs, and honey in a cocktail shaker. Use the back of a spoon to muddle (squish) the raspberries and other ingredients together, releasing the raspberries' juice.
- Add wine to the shaker; shake well for about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a raspberry, lemon slice, and thyme sprig, if desired.

A Mexico-inspired twist on the Bee's Knees. The Killer Bee replaces the gin with mezcal, a darker, smokier spirit.

Steps:
- To make a honey syrup, in a small bowl or jar, combine the honey with 1 1⁄2 ounces water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, lemon juice, and 3⁄4 ounce of the honey syrup (save the remaining honey syrup for another cocktail). Fill the shaker three-quarters of the way with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds if serving on the rocks or 15 seconds if serving "up." Strain into an ice-filled double old-fashioned glass or bucket glass, or serve up with no ice.
