Ingredients

1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 quarts chocolate ice cream, softened
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Reserve 1/2 cup snack mix from bag. Lightly spray bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. In resealable food-storage plastic bag, place remaining snack mix; seal bag, and crush mix. Place in medium bowl. Stir in melted butter, and press in bottom of pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Gently spread ice cream over crust in pan. Cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle with reserved snack mix. Cover loosely with foil. Freeze 2 to 4 hours or until firm.
To serve, remove side of pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut with hot wet knife. Store leftovers loosely cover in freezer.

6 cups cookies and cream ice cream or other favorite flavor, slightly softened
10 chocolate chip cookies (from 13-oz package), crumbled
1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix
2/3 cup chocolate-flavor syrup

Steps:

In large bowl, mix ice cream, crumbled cookies and 2 cups of the snack mix. Freeze at least 1 hour until firm.
For sundaes, scoop generous 1/2 cup ice cream mixture into each serving bowl. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup; top with remaining snack mix.

1 brownie mix ((18.3-20 ounce size))
¼ cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
9 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup butter ((or margarine))
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups brownie mix ((just the powder))

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all brownie ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 8x8" pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For muddy buddies, pour cereal into large bowl.
In 1-quart, microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine.
Microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate sauce slowly over cereal, stirring to coat evenly.
Pour cereal into large plastic bag. Add brownie mix (this would be from a second box of brownie mix) and secure; shake to coat well.
After the prepared brownies have cooled, cut into small bite sized squares and add to muddy buddies.
Spread on wax paper to cool.

1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 1-gallon ziplock bags

Steps:

Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium microwavable bowl, add chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on High for 1 minute and stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer and stir mixture until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour sauce over cereal and stir until evenly coated.
Spoon half of the mixture in each 1-gallon resealable ziplock bag.
Add 3/4 cup powdered sugar to each bag, and seal. Shake the bag until everything is coated.
Spread on waxed/parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Add nuts and pretzels to the bags for an extra crunchy treat.

Prepare two 9 inches by 2 inches round pans with parchment paper and grease - this will help when removing the brownies from the pans, alternately, you can try using a springform pan, although I have not personally tried this recipe with a springform pan.
Bake the 2 boxes of brownie mix in 9 inch round cake pans (1 box per pan) according to the brand's instructions. If it does not give a baking time for a round pan, go by the square pan given and check on the brownies before it's due out of the oven - remember you don't want to over bake brownies!
