This thirst-quenching iced tea is made with lemonade and orange juice.

Steps:
- In 1-quart saucepan, place tea bags and water. Heat almost to boiling. Remove tea bags.
- In 1-gallon pitcher, mix lemonade and orange juice concentrates and the brewed tea. Fill pitcher to gallon mark, adding about 11 cups additional water; mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 45 minutes or until ready to serve. Stir again before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine egg, peanut butter and sugar in a bowl. The dough should be slightly dry; add small amounts of sugar if it seems too wet.
- Place dough between two sheets of wax paper and roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- Place the hearts on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden, 7 to 10 minutes.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals until fully melted, stirring between intervals.
- Dip the bottom and sides of each cookie in the melted chocolate.
- Place cookies on wax paper to dry.

Steps:
- Place the fruit into a large punch bowl and add the vodka.
- Cover and chill for one to twelve hours depending on how much of a kick you want the fruit to have.
- Add the sparkling wine and fruit juice and mix well, I usually add 1 litre of juice but if you prefer it less strong you can add double that amount.
- Just before your guest arrive add the ice cream.
- Don't worry about the ice cream melting too quick and the punch going off, it won't last that long!
