TATER TOT CASSEROLE
This tater tot casserole is a win for parents because it's an easy way to sneak veggies in your kids. Plus, it's simple to toss together!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic to a large skillet and cook, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until the beef is cooked through. Drain the fat and add the beef mixture to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to the bowl and stir well to combine.
- Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheddar.
- Arrange the tater tots in an even layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

GRANDMA'S TATER TOT CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Over the years I have received so many request for this recipe, so here it is. This is a recipe passed down to me from my grandmother. I'm not sure where it originated from, but she put her own special touches to it and man is it mouth-watering. I could eat this for a week straight and each day it taste better than the day before.

Steps:
- Boil chicken, celery, onion in 3 cups of water.
- Remove chicken when cooked through and dice into bite size pieces.
- Remove celery and onions from pot, but keep the stock in pot.
- Continue boiling stock from chicken, celery and onions until it reduces to 1 cup (if you reduce stock to less than 1 cup, not a problem, add milk to measuring cup with stock to equal 1 cup).
- Stir together in a bowl chicken, onion, celery, frozen peas, Miracle Whip, cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of reduced stock.
- Pour chicken mixture into greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheese (I've tried other cheeses, but cheddar seems to hit the spot for me).
- Top with tater tots.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- ENJOY!

MY GRANDMA'S TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees F. Chop onion or slice thin according to preference. Brown hamburger together with sausage in pan. When no pink, drain if necessary.
- Spread hamburger/sausage mixture on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add layer of onion. Spread cheese evenly over that layer. Neatly lay out tater tots over layer of cheese. Mix together can of mushroom soup and, using soup can, a can of milk. Pour this evenly over the tater tot layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours. When top is browned, remove from oven. Let cool for about 5-10 minutes to give it time to set up then cut in squares and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink and completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; season with salt and black pepper. Stir cream of mushroom soup into the cooked ground beef; pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots evenly over the ground beef mixture; top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake until tater tots are golden brown and hot, 30 to 45 minutes.

MOM'S TATER TOTS CASSEROLE
My mom had a way with taking inexpensive or left-over meat and cream soups and inventing wonderful casseroles. Here's one of my childhood favorites.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté celery and onion in butter.
- Pour into large bowl and set aside (do not add to casserole dish yet).
- In skillet, brown the beef.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (I sometimes add a dash of garlic salt).
- Combine meat with celery and onion mixture.
- Place 1 layer of Tater Tots in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
- Top with meat mixture.
- Add another layer of Tater Tots on top of the meat.
- In separate bowl, combine soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture evenly over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cover with foil if Tater Tots get too brown.
TATER TOTS® CASSEROLE
My family loves this casserole. It is easy to prepare and makes enough for two meals. Serve with a crisp salad and fresh pineapple for a complete meal your family will love!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Spread 20 potato nuggets in the casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Season beef mixture with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stir cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl.
- Smash the warmed potato nuggets in the casserole dish to cover the bottom completely. Spread ground beef mixture over the mashed potato nuggets. Pour soup mixture evenly over the beef layer. Top with remaining potato nuggets and sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese evenly over the nuggets.
- Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly and potatoes golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
