Ninja Foodi Beef Jerky is so easy to make and packed full of so much flavor. Find out a new and easier way to make beef jerky at home.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 ½ Pounds Top Round, Beef Round or Sirloin cut into ¼" thick slices.
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
2 TBSP Liquid Smoke
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Salt

Steps:

  • Marinate for 8 hours to overnight. (if your meat is thicker, you can pound it between plastic wrap)
  • Lay meat on your dehydrator rack (you can also use your cook and crisp basket with your cook and crisp inset)
  • Press dehydrate. Set the temperature 150 degrees set the time to 7 hours. For pliable jerky cook for 4-5 hours, for a brittle jerky cook for 7 hours.

Best air fryer beef jerky is here! Ready to make tender beef in your Ninja Foodi or electric air fryer? We have an easy way to try your first batch.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb steak (used round steak, but into strips)
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
1/8 c teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Slice round steak into thin strips, then into 1/2 inch strips and set aside.
  • Combine rest of ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Add strips of steak into the bowl, submerge and cover.
  • Marinate meat for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Place strips into air fryer basket without overlapping pieces for 2 hours on 180 degrees F.
  • Remove, cool and enjoy!
