NO BAKE COOKIES
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the cocoa, sugar, milk and butter to a boil over medium heat. It's important to bring these to a boil verrrrry slowly. Once they reach a rolling boil, boil for 60 seconds. Use a timer!
- Pull the saucepan off the heat after boiling. Add in the oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 1 minute and then drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Once cookies are placed on wax paper, allow them to cool until hardened.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Measure the oats and place in a large bowl.
- Measure peanut butter and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium to large saucepan, and add the cocoa. Alternate the sugar and milk, stirring after each addition.
- Let the mixture come to a good boil and boil it for exactly one minute. Any less and they won't set, any more and they will be dry.
- Pour the mixture over the oats and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the peanut butter.
- Drop in desired size on wax paper and let set.

NO BAKE COOKIES I
Tasty no-bake cookies made with oatmeal, peanut butter and cocoa. Start timing when mixture reaches a full rolling boil; this is the trick to successful cookies. If you boil too long the cookies will be dry and crumbly. If you don't boil long enough, the cookies won't form properly.
