NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS
Great quick and easy granola bar recipe that kids can make. Perfect to throw in lunches or in your purse for travel. You can also add 1/4 cup wheat germ without changing the consistency. Change up the dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate for different flavors. I generally keep the bars in the refrigerator until I am ready to eat them, but these keep well to take to work or school.

Steps:
- Stir oats, peanut butter, flaxseed, honey, cranberries, chocolate chips, and almonds together in a bowl; press into a 9x11-inch baking dish, using the back of a spatula to press into a flat layer.
- Refrigerate mixture at least 1 hour.
- Cut into 12 bars and wrap each individually in plastic wrap for storage.

These no bake granola bar bites are full of oats, peanut butter, coconut, chocolate chips, raisins, and honey, they're the perfect bite sized snack.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Stir well for a few minutes until everything is combined well.
- Put the mixture in the fridge and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and roll into balls (wash your hands in cold water a few times throughout to keep mixture from sticking to them too much).
- Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Return to fridge or freezer to chill for 1 hour.
- Enjoy, or store in a zip-top bag or other airtight container for up to 1 week.
