GRAHAM CRACKER BARS
These are a sweet graham cracker crumb bar with coconut and a milk chocolate topping. An easy, quick, yet simply delicious bar recipe...you have to try it! :)

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Pour in the condensed milk and melted margarine, mix until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and let cool. Melt chocolate bars in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the cooled bars, chill and cut into squares.

TRIPLE-NUT BARS

- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, beat 3/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar and the almond extract with electric mixer on medium-low speed until blended. On low speed, beat in flour until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan, cook 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, the honey, corn syrup and vanilla over medium-high heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle walnuts, almonds and pecans over crust. Pour brown sugar mixture over nuts. Bake 13 to 15 minutes longer or until top of mixture is bubbly. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker, sugar, and butter. Stir. Add in 1 cup (240g) of peanut butter and mix until combined.
- Line a 9x9 (22x22 cm) or 8x8 (20x20 cm) pan with foil.
- Spread on the peanut butter mixture.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter, and spread on top of the graham cracker mixture.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Remove from pan, cut, and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until evenly mixed. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 15 minutes; cool slightly.
- Cut up any large nuts. Sprinkle nuts evenly over crust. In 1-quart saucepan, heat all remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chips are melted. Drizzle butterscotch mixture evenly over nuts. Bake 5 minutes. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows while warm for easiest cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
- To make base, cream 1/3 cup butter flavored shortening and 1/2 cup peanut butter in large bowl at medium speed in an electric mixer. Blend in brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time until creamy.
- Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine 1/4 cup milk and 1 tsp. vanilla in measuring cup. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately to creamed mixture. Mix at low speed. Scrape the sides of the bowl frequently and beat until blended.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool.
- For Frosting: Cream 1/4 cup butter flavored shortening and 2/3 cup peanut butter in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer. Add 4 cups of confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cookie base. For drizzle melt chocolate pieces on very low heat in small saucepan. Drizzle chocolate from end of spoon back and forth over frosting. Cut into 2 inch squares. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes until chocolate is firm.
