3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon 2% milk
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 ounces white baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Beat in melted chocolate. Add vanilla and salt; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spread into a buttered 8-in. square pan. Chill 4-5 hours before cutting. Store in the refrigerator.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
1 pound white chocolate chips (2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups)
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios
1/2 cup chopped salted roasted cashews
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
1 teaspoon orange blossom water

Steps:

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides; lightly butter the foil. Combine the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 minute, then stir well. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until the chips are fully melted, 15 to 30 more seconds.
  • Add the nuts, dried fruit and orange blossom water to the white chocolate and stir well. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Lift the fudge out of the baking dish and peel off the foil. Cut into 1-inch squares with a sharp knife.

1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a small Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
  • Cover and boil 3 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook, without stirring until mixture registers 230 degrees on candy thermometer.
  • Remove from heat, and let stand 15 minutes.
  • Add pecans and vanilla; beat wtih a wooden spoon until fudge is thick and begins to lose its gloss (2-3 minutes).
  • Pour fudge into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  • Cool and cut into squares.

2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 jar marshmallow creme
8 oz vanilla almond bark
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

Steps:

  • Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray or butter
  • In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, be sure to stir occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Bring to a boil and stir occasionally for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, almond bark, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Butter bottom and sides of a 9x9x2 inch square pan, or line with aluminum foil.
