1/3 cup organic milk
2 cups organic flower
1TBS Nutmeg
a few pinches of ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup brown organic sugar.

Lay them on the top rack and cook for about 10-20 minutes. keep checking on them every 5ish minutes. (When you think they are ready, stick a tooth pick through the top of the cookie and see if it needs more time cooking or not.) note: sticky remains on toothpick show uncooked; clean toothpick means they are perfect!)

CHOCOLATE CHIP OATIES (COOKIES)

Chocolate Chip Oaties (Cookies) image

From a British cookbook of all chocolate recipes. Yum! The original recipe called for half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate. I don't usually keep milk chocolate on hand so use all semi-sweet and I don't think I'll ever try them with milk chocolate - the richness of the semi-sweet is so good. A mixture of chocolate chunks and chips is a nice variation instead of just chips.
