7-1/2 graham crackers, broken in half (15 squares)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 cup quartered strawberries
4 kiwis, chopped
1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Steps:

Cover bottom of 13x9-inch pan with grahams.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 min. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over grahams. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP and fruit.
Refrigerate several hours. Top with coconut just before serving.

This Old-Fashioned Icebox Cake is a classic no-bake dessert that only requires 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

3 ½ cups very cold heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
40 chocolate graham crackers ((or more or less, depending on the shape of your dish))
Optional garnish: sprinkles, grated chocolate, crushed chocolate grahams

Steps:

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until stiff peaks form.
Spread a very thin layer of the whipped cream in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place a layer of the graham crackers or chocolate wafers in the bottom of the dish, breaking them as necessary in order to fit.
Gently spread ¼ of the whipped cream on top of the crackers. Top with a second layer of crackers and then another layer of whipped cream.
Repeat the layers until you have used a fourth layer of crackers and the final ¼ of the cream.
Garnish the cake with crushed chocolate grahams, sprinkles, or grated chocolate.
Cover loosely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or up to overnight.

2 cups milk
1 (4 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) package Cool Whip Topping, thawed, divided
1 cup quartered strawberry
1 cup chopped kiwi fruit (about 4)

Steps:

Arrange graham squares in even layer on bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 minute Gently stir in half of the whipped topping; spread over grahams in pan; cover with remaining whipped topping. Top with fruit.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
