PARTY CHEESE BALL
This is a large cheeseball that is especially good at holidays. I put these cheeses together a long time ago and along with the garlic and onion it's a favorite of family and friends and a good combination. I've been bringing it to events for probably over 20 yrs by request. Find that it's even better if you make it couple days...

- 3. Pour bag of pecans or whatever nuts you want on wax paper. Roll cheese ball on the nuts and serve or wrap in foil and refrigerate for later.
CHEESE BALL
Found this on the internet and though it sounded really tasty. You don't have to use nuts, grated cheese or poppy seeds would work just as well.

MAGGIE'S CHEESE BALL
A co-worker brought this in to work around Thanksgiving time. She shaped it as a pumpkin (so cute!), but you can just shape it as a ball or whatever else. Very good, and easy!
