1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the 4 tablespoons peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Nutrageous candy bar (3.4 ounces), finely chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; fold in candy. Transfer to jars. Cover and store in a cool dark place for up to 4 weeks., To serve, cook and stir in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until heated through. Serve with ice cream.

1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup milk chocolate pieces

Steps:

  • Line a 13 by 9 by 2-inch baking pan with foil.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add peanut butter; stir until smooth.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar until combined.
  • Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
  • In a small saucepan, melt chocolate pieces over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread over crumb layer.
  • Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
  • Lift foil from pan; cut into bars.

1 cup butter, softened
1 (18-ounce) jar peanut butter (about 2 cups)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
3 cups confectioners' sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and stir until completely combined. Spread the mixture in a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Sprinkle the warm bars with the chips, let stand for 2 minutes until the chips begin to melt, and then spread them evenly over the top. Cool slightly and cut into 48 squares while the chocolate is still warm.

These taste JUST like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and are so easy to make! There are a lot of similar recipes, with slightly different amounts of (mostly) the same ingredients, but this is the one that I really like.

1 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1 cellophane package and 3 extra grahams)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter. (an easy way to measure the peanut butter is to put 1 cup of water into a measuring cup, and then add enough peanut butter to it that the water reaches 2 cups).
  • Press mixture into a 9x13" pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave and stir until smooth (try a minute first, and then check).
  • Spread chocolate carefully over peanut butter layer with a spatula. (Having one person to pour the chocolate and one to spread works well!).
  • Let the chocolate cool for a while, and then cut into bars before the chocolate is completely hardened (or else the chocolate layer will just crack).
  • (cooking time is cooling time, and it's a very rough estimate, I didn't keep track).

1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons well beaten eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup extra- chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons uncooked oats
0.5 (1 7/8 ounce) Reese's NutRageous bar (chocolate caramel peanut butter candy bars, chopped)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine flour and baking soda.
  • Beat brown sugar and next 3 ingredients at low speed with an electric mixer 1 minute or until blended. Add peanut butter, and beat 20 seconds, or until blended. Add flour mixture, and beat 30 seconds or until well blended. Stir in oats and chopped candy bar.
  • Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2" apart on an aluminum foil or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Dip bottom of a drinking glass in granulated sugar, and flatten mound of dough. Repeat process with remaining sugar and mounds of dough.
  • Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes; remove cookies to wire rack to cool completely.

1 cup super chunky peanut butter
1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large egg
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 1.8- to 2-ounce candy bars with peanuts, peanut butter, chocolate and caramel (such as Nutrageous), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with foil. Using electric mixer, beat first 6 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Stir flour, oats and baking soda in small bowl to blend; mix into peanut butter mixture. Gently mix in candy bar cubes.
  • Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets (15 per sheet), spacing 1 1/2 inches apart. Flatten cookies slightly with moistened fingertips. Freeze cookies on sheets 15 minutes.
  • Bake cookies 10 minutes. Reverse sheets and bake until golden, about 10 minutes longer. Let cookies cool on sheets until beginning to firm, about 5 minutes. Using metal spatula, transfer cookies to racks and cool completely.

Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1 box (19.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
16 peanut butter creme-filled sandwich cookies
8 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (for drizzle, optional)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (for drizzle, optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan, and line with cooking parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the two longer sides.
  • In medium bowl, make peanut butter cookie dough as directed on pouch.
  • In another medium bowl, make brownie batter as directed on box.
  • Crumble cookie dough in pan; using offset spatula, press and spread cookie dough into thin even layer. Top cookie dough layer with even layer of sandwich cookies and candies. Spread brownie batter over top of cookie dough, sandwich cookies and peanut butter cups to cover completely.
  • Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in brownie comes out with few sticky crumbs. Cool completely on cooling rack. To make the optional peanut butter drizzle, mix peanut butter and coconut oil in small microwavable bowl and microwave uncovered on High at 30-second intervals until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over bars. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
