PAQUETITOS DE PESCADO Y VERDURAS CON QUESO
Una deliciosa combinación de filetes de pescado con verduras y queso se hornea en paquetitos de aluminio para hacer este súper sabroso platillo que también facilita la limpieza de la cocina.

Steps:
- Calienta el horno 350ºF.
- Coloca un filete de pescado en cada uno de 6 cuadros de papel aluminio resistente rociado con aceite en aerosol. Salpica con el aderezo. Espolvorea con el tomillo y completa con las verduras (vegetales). Dobla para formar 6 paquetitos.
- Coloca los paquetitos sobre una charola (bandeja) para hornear con borde.
- Hornea 25 min. o hasta que el pescado se desmenuce fácilmente con un tenedor. Corta tajadas en el papel aluminio para dejar escapar el vapor antes de abrir los paquetitos.
- Pon el CHEEZ WHIZ por encima.

- Calienta la parrilla a fuego medio.
- Reserva 1/4 taza de hojas de albahaca; corta finamente las hojas restantes. Reparte el calabacita sobre el centro de 4 hojas grandes de papel aluminio resistente; ponle encima el pescado, las tiritas de albahaca y los tomates. Rocía esto con el aderezo. Dobla los pedazos de aluminio para hacer 4 paquetes.
- Ásalos de 10 a 15 min. o hasta que el pescado se desmenuce fácilmente con un tenedor. Abre los paquetes con cuidado; pon las hojas de albahaca que reservaste sobre el pescado. Sírvelo con arroz.
