Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and add the onions and garlic, sauteing them until golden brown. Add the spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir in in milk, cream cheese, mayo and Parmesan cheese; stir until ingredients are evenly incorporated. Reduce heat to low. Allow the ingredients to simmer together, continuing to stir occasionally.
- Serve warm with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

Steps:
- Place spinach in a colander; squeeze out excess liquid.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add scallions and garlic; cook, stirring often, until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Add spinach, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, hot sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; stir well. Serve with Pita Crisps.

Steps:
- 1.) Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2.) Mince garlic and shallot. Set aside.
- 3.) On medium heat in a non-stick pan heat olive oil for 30 seconds.
- 4.) Saute shallot and garlic until cooked through, 2 minutes.
- 5.) Add chopped spinach, saute until wilted, 1 minute.
- 6.) Add chopped artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, and chives. Saute until heated through, 3 minutes.
- 7.) Transfer hot mixture to to 9" glass baking dish.
- 8.) Stir in 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix, 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and pinch of ground black pepper.
- 9.) Once everything is mixed well, spread evenly throughout baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
- 10.) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until parmesan topping is golden brown.
- 11.) Optional - while dip is cooling, cut pita into 6 triangles and bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 5 minutes or until crisp.

- Melt butter with oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is tender, about 6 minutes. Add flour; stir 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in stock and cream; bring to boil, whisking constantly. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, cheese, sour cream and cayenne (spinach will wilt). Season with salt and pepper. Transfer dip to serving bowl. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.

The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip is stuffed into the crust leaving no crust uneaten! With a side of the dip to dip the crust into. This recipe uses one package of The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip divided amongst the recipe. Take note in the photos the crust opens making it a perfect vessel to scoop up the dip. I always have roasted garlic in my refrigerator. If you want try it with fresh sliced very thin and may want to cut back to 2-3 cloves.

- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Spinach Mixture:.
- In a large pan heat olive oil toss in the shallots and saute till translucent. Add the spinach and cut till wilted and moisture is evaporated. Remove to a bowl and toss in the roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and the The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip. Set aside to cool.
- Shrimp:.
- Place the towel dried shrimp in to a bowl season with The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip, paprika, pepper and oregano. Set aside to marinade.
- Cheese Mixture:.
- Mix the cheeses together set aside.
- Place dry stone or a large rim-less oiled pan in oven to heat.
- On a floured work surface roll dough out to a large circle.
- Place on a generously floured / (corn meal) pizza peel (or cardboard square, or rim-less baking sheet).
- Top the dough:.
- Brush some of the oil from the bottom of the spinach mixture on the edge of the crust. Sprinkle the tablespoon of The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip along the edge. Then take the edge and fold it over to encrust the seasonings. Pressing to seal it.
- Spread the spinach layer evenly right to the seam.
- Top with the shrimp in a spiral on the outer edge and place four in the center.
- Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the whole pie, center right to the edge.
- Lower oven to 475.
- Carefully shimmy the pie onto the heated stone or pan.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Mean while prepare dip mixing the sour cream and The Original Ranch dressing and seasoning dip together. Set aside.
- Remove with pizza wheel when bubbly and crisp to a wooden cutting board.
- Let set for 5-10 minutes if you can wait. ;).
- Slice and enjoy. When you get to the crispy crust dip it into the prepared The Original Ranch dip.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees,.
- Pat out Pizza Dough into a rectangle. about 1/2 an inch thick , cut into strips, about 12 inches long,.
- Spray with butter flavored or olive oil cooking spray. Cut strips again into 6 inch lengths. Twist and sprinkle with the mixture of Parmesan Cheese and Chives. Put on cookie sheet with parchment paper sprayed with Butter or Olive Cooking Spray.
- Use 1/4 cup of the Parmesan Cheese and 2 tbsp of the chives to coat pizza crisps. Reserve other 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese to mix with the Spinach and the Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing.
- Cook in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Set aside and cool for 10 minutes.
- After draining the spinach, mix spinach with Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing and 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese. Fold and make spinach dip. Place in serving bowl. Once the Parmesan Crisps cool slightly for 10 minutes or so, serve on side with dip on an attractive tray or platter.
