TRIPLE DECKER PB & J TEA SANDWICHES
Triple-decker peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches are an old favorite made into something special for your next party.

Steps:
- Lay one third of the bread slices on a cutting board. Spread each with peanut butter and raspberry jam.
- Top each with another bread slice; spread again with peanut butter and raspberry jam, and finish with a layer of bread slices. Trim crusts, and cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.

Steps:
- Combine the peanut butter, mascarpone, honey and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Using a rubber spatula, mix everything together until smooth and evenly combined.
- Spread 10 slices of pound cake with 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture. Then spread with 1 teaspoon grape jelly. Complete the sandwiches with a second slice of pound cake. Use a 1 1/2-inch fluted round cutter to cut out little finger sandwiches.
PB & J SANDWICH

- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Mix heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, vanilla, and eggs together and set aside.
- Make sandwiches using bread, peanut butter and jam and soak in above mixture for 30 minutes. Turn the sandwiches over after 15 minutes to allow for even absorbtion of the cream mixture. Take 1 tablespoon of butter and add to hot skillet. When butter is melted add one sandwich. Sauté for 5 minutes on each side. Repeat with rest of sandwiches. Take all sandwiches and place in oven for 5 minutes.
- Place a sandwich on a plate and top with one scoop of ice cream, and dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate sauce around plate and places strawberries and cherry on top.
